This code is emailed to your VCU address when you perform the steps at DownloadRenew-Register.

Input the SPSS authorization code found in the installation or renewal email that was sent to your VCU account.

If unable to resolve, proceed to the steps for Licensing Failure below to obtain assistance from the IT Support Center.

Please note this process may take one or more days to complete.

When you receive the special license code via email from the IT Support Center, follow the directions in the email to license your SPSS software.

Once the file is downloaded onto your computer, open up the file location on your computer, right-click on the downloaded file, and choose Extract All.

Follow the prompts and choose a location on your computer to save the files.

Once the extraction is done, a folder will open up with the installer files.

Scroll down and run Setup.exe (it is the first Setup file in the list) and proceed through the installer.

Following the completion of your order, you will have received a license code, which allows you to activate the complete set of features.

Should Studica require further information to verify your academic status, you will only be able to access the trial version.

You will receive an authorization code for your full license once we are able to complete the academic authorization process.
